Lower Back Exercises
Ideally, these exercises should be done before you rise from bed each morning.
1. Lie down on a comfortable but flat surface
2. Raise your right leg to your chest and hold for 5 seconds
3. Lower your leg and relax back into a flat position
4. Raise your left leg up to your chest and hold for 5 seconds
5. Lower your leg and relax back into a flat position
6. Raise both legs to your chest and hold for 20 seconds. Relax your breathing.
7. Lower your right leg down to the flat surface.
8. Lower your left leg until both legs are stretched on the flat surface.
9. Repeat 5 times
