Cat Exercises

 

1. Hands on the flat surface, not more than 30 cm from your knees. Breathe in and arch your back for 10 seconds. Breathe out.

 

 

2. Straighten your head and neck, breath in and push your shoulder blades together for 10 seconds. Breath out.

 

3.   Hands on the flat surface, not more than 30 cm from your knees. Breathe in and arch your back for 10 seconds.

 

4. Straighten your back, keeping your head and neck straight.

5. Repeat 5 times.
